LUNAS Strengthens Work Culture Through A.C.E 360°
As part of our transformation journey, Lumut Naval Shipyard (LUNAS) is fostering cultural change through continuous learning, collaboration and people development.
This commitment was reflected through the High Impact A.C.E 360° Work Culture training programme, conducted on 5 and 6 August 2026 and led by Encik Mohamad Nizam Abdul Samar Zammi, NLP Practitioner.
The programme focused on building self-awareness, strengthening ownership and communication, enhancing team performance and developing effective problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement in the workplace.
