Lumut Naval Shipyard (LUNAS) hosted the Program Rintis OP Kerja PDRM in collaboration with PERKESO on 23 June 2025.

The programme, which brought together 130 participants, aimed to enhance awareness on social security protection, including PERKESO’s protection schemes, available benefits and claim procedures in the event of workplace-related incidents.

As part of its commitment towards fostering a safe, informed and resilient workforce, LUNAS continues to support initiatives that promote employee welfare and social protection awareness. The programme also served as a platform to strengthen strategic collaboration between LUNAS, Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) and PERKESO in advancing greater understanding of social security protection.

Through continuous engagement and knowledge-sharing initiatives, LUNAS remains dedicated to creating a workplace environment that prioritises the well-being and protection of its people.
