Lumut Naval Shipyard (LUNAS) conducted its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Workshop on 5–6 May 2026 at Orient Star Resort, Lumut, bringing together 30 selected Risk & Governance Champions (RGCs) from across all departments within the organisation.

Led by En. Norjasman Jalaludin, Head of Risk, Integrity & Compliance Department (RICD), the workshop focused on strengthening departmental risk registers to enhance risk identification, assessment, and monitoring.

The initiative reinforces LUNAS’s enterprise-wide risk governance, improving visibility of critical risks and supporting more informed decision-making at management and board level.

A key highlight was the introduction of LUNAS’s enhanced ERM Framework, aligned with ISO 31000 principles, further strengthening a structured, proactive and consistent approach to risk management across the organisation.

LUNAS remains committed to continuously enhancing its risk management practices and fostering a strong risk-aware culture across the organisation.
