In line with this, Lumut Naval Shipyard (LUNAS) participated in Program MADANI Rakyat 2026 through its Human Capital Management & Administration team, engaging directly with the public on career opportunities within the shipbuilding and maritime defence industry.
The participation reflects our continued commitment to developing local talent and building a strong, future-ready workforce, while contributing to nation-building efforts through meaningful industry engagement.
Held in Ipoh from 4 to 6 April at Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah, Meru, Program MADANI Rakyat 2026 brought together a wide range of initiatives including healthcare services, welfare assistance and employment opportunities, reflecting a whole-of-government approach in supporting the rakyat and strengthening economic resilience.
