In an effort to strengthen fire safety awareness and preparedness, Lumut Naval Shipyard (LUNAS) participated in a 3-day Basic Fire Safety Course at Balai Bomba Seri Manjung from 27 to 29 September 2025.
The training aimed to enhance our team’s knowledge and practical skills in fire prevention, emergency response, and firefighting. Participants gained valuable hands-on experience, strengthened their ability to respond effectively in emergency situations and deepened their understanding of safety protocols, ensuring the team is well-prepared to manage potential fire risks inherent in our work environment.
The course was conducted by Deputy Fire Superintendent II Suhaimy Mohd Suhail, Chief of Balai Bomba Seri Manjung, and Senior Fire Officer II Zuliqmal Ayob.
