LUNAS Signs 9th Collective Agreement with Union, Reinforcing A People-Centric Workplace
Lumut Naval Shipyard (LUNAS) has successfully signed its 9th Collective Agreement (CA) with Kesatuan Pekerja-Pekerja LUNAS (KPP-LNSSB) on 11 November 2025, reaffirming its commitment to a people-centric workplace.
This key moment strengthens mutual trust, enhances employee relations and establishes a solid foundation for fair and transparent practices, closer collaboration between management and employees and long-term stability and growth.
The ceremony was attended by LUNAS Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Ir. Azhar Jumaat; Chief Corporate Affairs Officer (CCAO), Puan Puti Mazura Mashudi; Chief Operation Officer (COO), Ir. Azman Shaari, alongside management and union representatives. Highlights included speeches from the CEO and Yang DiPertua KPP-LNSSB, Encik Mohd Hasbullah; followed by the official signing and a networking lunch celebrating partnership and unity.
