Shaping the future of women in maritime, our Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Puan Puti Mazura Mashudi joined a distinguished panel at The Women in Shipping and Maritime Forum: Leadership, Inclusion and the Future of Women in Maritime, part of the WE2025: Future in Motion Conference on 25 November 2025.
During the forum Puan Puti ignited the room with bold and refreshing insights on the power of women in the shipping and maritime industry. The conversation centered on how, even in a field long viewed as male dominated, women at LUNAS are stepping forward with confidence and delivering real impact across our operations. The focus was on women moving beyond participation and taking their place at the decision-making table, shaping a leadership landscape that is more balanced and forward looking. The message was clear, progress thrives when men and women work side by side, complementing the industry with diverse strengths perspectives and ideas.
